Deku has always been looked down on, he got sick doctors believe its because he doesn't have a quirk. Everyone treats him like a child he's sick of it but just keeps smiling. His sickness got so bad that he's now in a wheelchair doctors believe he won't make it he's been in a wheelchair for 7 years only getting worse. He's currently 15 and helping kacchan with hero study.

In this AU kacchan never bullied Deku.
