After blowing up a school science lab trying to make elephant toothpaste, Danielle and Delilah Baker after two weeks of being grounded and expelled from school then go on a school field trip to the White House with Danielle's friend Cole Grayson where they meet Peter Willams the president's son, there they learn of a plot to steal Commander, the Presidential Dog.
