Prologue: A Cat-Tastrophe, Or Is It?

Waking up in an unfamiliar body and in unknown territory; it lands someone who couldn't remember how they got there or in their new form in more trouble than he knows rightly how to deal with. But misfortune soon changes to potential opportunity when he finds out that his rescuer was someone that others would have preferred he stay clear away from.
