Scarlett Adeline Villain (6) What if one day, there's an inferno house fire that would ultimately claim the lives of Jameson and Hannah and Kelly ends up with custody of his nieces? With help from his fiancee, Stella Kidd and best friend, Captain Mathew Casey. This story is told from POV. Also all of the fictional characters on the show belong to Dick wolf. The Villain family are my OCs.
