history of this alternate timeline part 1 (2nd update)

The president of the United republic's of America John T. Mcneely was doing what he usually did as the president of the U.R.A and current leader of the constitutionalist party, and that was making sure the American Constitution which led back to the old United States of America was upheld.

however suddenly a light as bright as the sun itself engulf not just all of America but all of her allies as well. Just what was that bright light? Well hopefully America and the rest of her allies will find out.
