The Fubuki brothers of Hakuren Junior High, Fubuki Shirou and Fubuki Atsuya resembles the meaning of opposites. The perfect resemblance of balance as they have similarities and diferences. But in an unexpected normally cold day, they received an unknown visitor, from across the sea, which happen to be the living balance scale of the two.
