A young Bob the Builder is training to become the next general contractor at his family's construction yard in Bobsville.

While his retiring parents are preparing to move and leaving everything to Bob, things begin to change when a land dispute takes place, along with a new business partner - who has a family secret that could save the construction yard - and save the machines from scrap.
