Thanks to the reputation of a particular cold and calculated ODST, ONI would recruit him to hunt after a rogue Spartan experiment who was reported to have vanished around the same time as the introduction of "Project: Freelancer". Thinking that the two might be combined, ONI decides to send an infamous ODST under the call-sign "Raider" to investigate.
