When a close friend of Gibbs dies and his daughter is the only survivor, he decided to adopt her and look after her until she moves out. This is the story of how Katie Gibbs joined NCIS and that however hard she tries not to she may break a few of Gibbs's rules along the way! This book also has Jenny in it as she fits with the story!
