"Why are you everywhere I go?"
Diluc felt his voice breakdown.

You merely stared at him, in shock.
"What do you mean?"

Diluc stepped forward, trapping you in between a wall in the darkest ally of Mondstadt behind Angel's Share.
"You even have the audacity to show up in my dreams. Tell me, what kind of spell did you use?"

"I didn't use any spell. I'm not that talented Ragnvindr."

Your vision glowed a bright blue as it's hydro began to create water particles around it.
