Summary: Inui was in a pickle, not literally. He knows Shion is strong, but Kokonoi visited him while he was in juvie and informed him of the Black Dragon's defeat. Now he needs a new leader, and it should be him right? He's never lost a one on on- "STOP HIM!!" --- Or: Inui meets a sadistic Takemichi and South in juvie and asks them to join the Black Dragons, Takemichi as the leader and South as the vice president.
