Love and Lost is a story about various Filipina's relationships with men. Each relationship takes a distinct path to success or failure. The men these women fall for often care more for themselves than the women they are involved with. Lies and betrayal are just as likely to be in their bag of tricks as commitment and loyalty.
The story's main protagonist, Reia, along with her friends, family, and co-workers each face decisions with their love lives at three distinct intervals - Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Valentine's Day. Broken hearts, lofty expectations, and realistic consequences bring these women to accept that relationships are not always perfect.
