Prologue: The Beginning of Despair

There's a new trouble a brewing for the Government and it's not the Toppat Clan. It's a terrorist group called The Cult Of Desperationis, they want to bring the whole world to the ground. They want to cause despair, death, and destruction. The Government has to take them and their leader down before it's too late but things take a complicated turn when some fall under the influence of the leader's mind control, unwilling.
