U.A academy has high quality teaching but the fee's are very expensive, that's why the only students who enroll there are from rich families. but to the students who aren't as rich.... well they may have a chance to recover from being bankrupt. and is only by GAMBLING!. Yes it's a school that has a traditional system and that happens to be gambling!

if you aren't good with gambling then.... you may not make it through out the school year's.
