With the world lingering in the chaos that came when a snap of fingers brought everyone back, the scientific subdivision once linked with Hydra has slowly grown in power. With its eyes set on a fragile world, the leaders of A.I.M. plan to unleash a special project.

The newly named Captain America and infamous Bucky Barnes are asked to locate and infiltrate A.I.M.'s headquarters and take out the looming threat of the unknown project, but with no leads and no stones to turn, Sam and Bucky seek the help from an old friend.
