Prologue

Connie has spent the last fifty years as a vampire, but suddenly she finds herself human again. As she comes to terms with her newfound humanity she quickly realises that being a teenager isn't what it used to be.
Stuck in her seventeen year old body she goes back to high school. Making new friends is low on her priority list but Lola and Matty take her in anyway.
As Connie starts to relax into her new life, some reminders of her past make themselves known. Will Connie be able to keep her new found freedom or will an unseen force strip it from her?
