Eleanor Phillips, daughter of Colonel Chester Phillips, has been chosen alongside Howard Stark to assist Dr. Abraham Erskine in creating the super soldier. She's travelled all across the country with him on his quest to find his white whale. After an unsuccessful trip she's back in New York.
