Flashback part 1

There's several territories that are linked to one another. Each has their own skill/power, and they are all of a certain type. All territories appeared to co exist. Everyone believes the Seijoh fairies went extinct many moons ago, so what happens when they discover they didn't? What happens when they suddenly reappearance after centuries? What happens when the source of life starts to die?
