I Found A Child

Okay so tommy is an avian hybrid same as Phil and has ridiculously fluffy hair like it's so fluffy and curly that he looks like he has a piece of yellow wool on top of his head. So, Phil finds and now adopts this Child.
Pure fluff... hopefully.
