Description
Sadie has been surviving only by the power of the stories she creates in her mind. She's stuck in a town she doesn't understand, in a home that doesn't welcome her, and she has never felt right about it. One night, a young boy appears in her room and tells her of a land he can take her where all of those stories are true, where she can have fun and be the child she never got to be. Little does she know the real kinds of games he likes to play and how they could break her even more. He and his followers lead her through a series of games testing courage, endurance, loyalty, wit, and facing her biggest fears. Who will hold out the longest? Who will break first? And how will they handle the temptation of their own evil when traveling into the dark?
