Chapter 1 - Phone Calls.

Penny Lane Brown wasn't your typical Encino Hills kid. Unlike her brother Bobby, she didn't spend her parents money relentlessly. Bobby and all of his friends did karate, which didn't seem like a cheap hobby to uphold. Her brother brought around his friends often. Penny felt like she saw them more then her own. They annoyed the shit out of her. But she had this special hatred for the one and only, Johnny Lawrence. He never payed attention to her until the summer of '84. Granted, he was dating Ali Mills, her best friend. It wasn't until she grew a little and broke up with Ali that the Lawrence boy had finally not been a total shithead towards her. Oh boy. Was the school year gonna be one wild trip.
