Chapter 1: Straying From The Path

Destiny Dragonshield isn't like any of the other girls of the moon tribe. Or anyone else in the moon tribe at all. Her life used to be like any other of her kind. She was nocturnal, and got her energy from the moon. She lived a very ordinary life. Until she discovered Star-Gazer, her pet/best friend for life. Star-Gazer isn't your normal run of the mill pet. She is a dragon. It isn't until years after I their uniting that she realizes that there are other dragon riders, and they have all been assigned to a single task. To destroy the fifth force. Can Destiny put aside her differences with her co-riders (and can they put aside their differences with her) and work together to save their families from destruction?
