Chapter 1

Kathryn finds her aunt sick, her only relative or family that hasn't been killed in the war. Their doctor said that some ocean air might help. So they end up packing their bags and moving to Färhen Island, a small place. But what does Kathryn find to do there? There's more than just seagulls, sand, and water there! In fact, she finds her true life there.
