When Sofía Alvarez, a latin 12 year old teen, visits England with her family for the very first time, she couldn't have known what was waiting for her at the end of the trip. As she meets a very confused Esmeralda Hallow in the park, she realizes there is more to life than what she knows and hopes to get into Cackle's Academy. Nothing will stop her from becoming the very best pupil they ever had, to prove she belongs, even if she has to avoid those increasing feelings for a certain potions mistress...
