Prologue

Alongside the normal world of humans lies the world of the shape shifters, chosen in their teens they undergo a ritual to which they adapt to become a shape shifter. The shape they become reflects their nature and is represented by a tattoo on their right forearms.
Once a century, a shape shifter is chosen to be a dragon, leader of the shape shifters.
Storm is an orphan after her parents died in a car crash and is chosen by the Saint Woman to join their ranks and finds out she has been chosen for an important role in the shape shifter society.
