Description
12 year old Kimiko Sumire's clan was massacred by a man with green snake like eyes when she was six years old and has known nothing but pain and darkness ever since. Now that she's finally escaped from her torturer six years later, Kimiko is scarred and broken on the inside, and has a broken trust that she fears will never be restored. After being saved and brought to the Hidden Leaf Village, Kimiko is given a place to stay by the Third Hokage and enrolls in the Ninja Academy. Kimiko is then placed on a team with Sakura Haruno, Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki. Her abilities and limits are unknown and her heart is trapped in darkness, the bonds she once had lost to the past. Can the warmth of the Leaf Village be enough to make Kimiko feel love again? What are these strange feelings she's having towards a certain Inuzuka? And what's Kimiko's connection to Orochimaru?
