Colin, now a latex dog, learns there's more than meets the eye with the latex beasts and this facility. However, when Colin's friend, Puro, is killed by Dr. K, a white latex wolf bent on the destruction of all latex beasts, Colin must work with Neo, a protector of the facility, or all of his friends will die.
