Keelin is a traveling doctor. she moves all around North America to any hospital that needs her. she ends up in mystic falls and meets Freya. when they meet Keelin has to decide whether to stay and leave traveling or leave Freya in mystic falls.
Freya already has a kid who Keelin meets when he ends up in her ER after an accident at school.
Hope lives at the Salvator school but it isn't a supernatural school and Freya lives in town to be close to hope knowing how hard it is for hope after the lose of her mother father and uncle Elijah
