What begins as a trek through Nevada with her brother becomes a fight for her life when Brinley
accidentally gets taken into a top secret military base. Forced to play the role of a young scientist-in-training, she finds herself caught between two missions- finding a way out, and finding herself.

NOTE: This is a story that I wrote when I was fifteen, and is completely unedited. I only decided to post it now, several years later, because I felt bad abandoning it. I'm not extremely proud of it, and have found many inaccuracies, but I've been told that it's still a good read... so I thought, why not?
