It is always said that karma is a bitch.

Danny falls in love with his best friend's sister. He has promised to Rafe that he will always be there for her but he breaks that promise and hurts her. And her already bad health will only make it worse. What will happen to her when she finds out that Danny betrays her? How will she handle her suffering while battling a deadly disease? Will her best friends and brother be able to help her? Will she survive? Will Danny earn his karma?
