Horizon has arrived in Japan and has set up shop in Anima City, catching the attention of our favorite Tanuki girl, and also catching the attention of some unwanted guests. Horizon has had a history of illegalities, though it's not their fault. Mostly street racing, underground gambling, unexplained traumatic deaths, and destruction of property. Michiru and Shirou are going to find out everything hiding behind Horizon's history and put a stop to any known offender.
