Almost 7 months ago, after a very heated argument between him and Della, Louie runs away. No one has seen or heard from him since. Now, a new enemy arrives and targets the McDuck Family. Specifically Della Duck. And he plans on making Della suffer. But who is he? And why is he targeting Della?
