The man looked at Min and said, "You will rather wish you were dead than alive." Then, the man disappeared into thin air, leaving Emperor Min alone with the corpse of the criminal he had just killed.

Exasperated, Min ran his fingers across his long blond hair locks and examined the chain necklace hanging around his neck.

Thirteen years later, who would have imagined that his wish would come true?

"Mother, you are right about them," he chuckled, his voice low and breathy, before glaring menacingly at the moon, which they thought to be the home of the Etherals.

Min looks at the man's lifeless body, a smirk appearing on his face before he collapses to the ground, asking, "Why does it have to be unfair when it comes to me?"

He detested the Etherals for forcing him to live this kind of life, and he hated life in general.
