His family had thrown him away as a baby. Packs despised him. Alpha's used him. It wasn't his fault that he didn't shift to a wolf. He had the gene's but it just wasn't active. He'd been used for only one thing and taught that he was worthless and no one would ever want him. But after some trouble he is given away to another pack, my pack. He was small and timid. Could we convince him that this pack was as good as it seemed? Excerpt: Quiet, barely heard but he'd chuckled. He turned at the end and I saw his shirt catch a stack of pots. The fell breaking all over the floor. "Oh my god. Oh my god. I'm so sorry. I'll clean it up." he says dropping to his knees and raking at the glass. "Careful don't get cut." I grab his hands to pull him away. "I'm sorry." he's staring up at me in horror. "It's just pots." I say pulling him up. "I'm sorry. I'll apologize." he reaches for my belt and pulls at it.
