Katelyn (Shifty) Jones is the leader of the Bronx newsies. Everything seems to be running a lot smoother for the Bronx newsies, since their new leader. Till the prices of the newspaper's rise and everything seems to be heading downhill once again. When the Manhattan newsies decide to start a strike Shifty gladly joins, but Brooklyn is on the fence about it, what will happen?
