Arrival Part 1

Seventeen year old Quinn Pearly is called by an unknown force to a city in Japan called Fubuki after he is pierced by a golden arrow and unlocks a strange ability. After arriving at his destination he finds that he is not the only one who has been called there, and the reason they were all sent was to defeat a powerful user named Vincent Diablo who has plans that put the country and maybe even more in jeopardy.
