Celebrity Dog Trainer, Katie McKendrick, returns to her small hometown after being disgraced on National Television and tries to pick up the pieces of her life. She decides to reopen the animal shelter she'd run with her father, but local real estate agent Cecily Gunderson looks to stop Katie at every turn.
