Chapter One

One Hundred Years ago Gusu Lan, Lanling Jin, Qinghe Nie, and Yunmeng Jiang went to war with Qishan Wen. The Wen's were caught kidnapping omegas from the other clans. A child born of an omega manifested spiritual tools and were highly coveted. Baoshen Sanren, an immortal, stepped in when one of her omegas went missing. Baoshen Sanren declares that omegas will only be able to bear children with their true mate. Fast forward to 2020 and omegas are disappearing again. The Bureau of Clan Affairs assigns its best team to investigate. For Jiang Cheng, Lan Zhan, and Wei Ying, working this case is personal and dredges up unpleasant memories.
