But how different are they really? Evelyn has lived in the capitol her whole life and has known nothing but the luxury of having everything she has ever wanted. But that all changed when she heard a horrifying announcement from the president's mansion confirming that, right before Katniss shot president Coin, the living victors had voted for another Hunger Games, but this time with the capitol's children. As time goes on Evelyn starts to realize something, something she never learned in school, something she never thought of before. What if Snow wasn't the only evil one? What if we are not all good?
