After the Eternals split and went down their own paths, Adara returned to her oldest brother Thanos. When he informs her that the Earth holding those she loved was meant to be destroyed, she agrees to help him kill millions of people to save countless planets. But she was soon seen as a villain.

After the greatest war she had fought in her long life, she retired. Until the Emergence arrived and the Eternals needed her help once more. Only then, after 5 centuries, did she reunite with Druig, the man that has held her heart for billions of years.
