Childe, Tartaglia, the Eleventh of the Fatui Harbingers, is the only Omega to ever attain the rank, with a certain condition: if he is ever defeated by an Alpha, he will become their mate. No Alpha could ever defeat him, until a certain former god swiftly crushes him.
