The Silvius line has held the throne for centuries. It's said that the Moon's first gift to the people was the Silvius family, loved by everyone. Her second gift being the ability to shift into wolves, a prize for their worship of Her.
Fair and just the Silvius line has always been. Merciful. Under their rule the people always had peace. But when a new Emperor rises, one who was not promised to be, everything falls apart.
