Viktor and Belava were born as debts of their father and were forced to give up their lives for the glory of the corrupted system of the USSR. They were caught up in lies. Still, they both excelled and both failed to become stronger. One task brought them back together, only to cleanse the world from the lies that the organizations kept for themselves and remind their father and the others that hurt them that they're the ones that should pay for their sins.
