When six-year-old Elizabeth Dawson's parents catch Covid-19, she is forced to go up for adoption. As her father already has his own conditions, his health has gotten worse. When she gets adopted by her step-mother's favourite actor, Elizabeth has to move over 1,000 miles to live in the only home she will be accepted in.
