You would think fitting in with the unnatural would be easy, but I am an example of that not being true. I was born to the Alpha and Luna of my pack, but I was born with a moon birthmark on the back of my left shoulder. This means I have been blessed by the moon goddess, destined for great things, and blessed with extraordinary powers. As we all know, people fear power they can't control, so instead of teaching me to control my powers and use them, they forced me to hide them from all the other packs. Anytime another pack would visit, I would be covered entirely and presented as an omega instead of the alpha I am. But that all changes when the king of werewolves comes to the Blue Moon ceremony, which also happens to be my 18th birthday. This birthday is significant because it is when a werewolf finds its mate and embraces its werewolf title and the power that comes with it.
