Excluded & Forgotten

Percy's life and what I think might have happened if he finally had enough of taking orders and being who he doesn't want to be. It's time for Percy to be himself and take the world by storm.
By the way, they all have like muggle things that have been incorporated with magic/wizarding stuff like cell phones and whatnot. Also, Sirius is already free as an innocent man.
