Valka was taken by Cloudjumper back when Hiccup was only one; we all know that (presumably). But many have asked the question: what if it was Hiccup instead? -----<-->----- Hiccup's life is, to the average viking, more than a little weird. He lives with dragons. After being stolen away from his village, he rides on dragons. He speaks to dragons. He often even acts like a miniature, flightless dragon at times. But, he is still kind and caring like we all know. Valkor, too, has an odd life, living alongside Hiccup on a Night Fury of his own. He however, is cold and stubborn, making sure that they and their dragon sanctuary remain secret and safeguarded. Imagine his surprise when Hiccup's long lost parents turn up looking for him, and the secret he ever so closely guards is shattered. The dragon raids have stopped, for the most part. Nowadays they were just a short fight and a few missing pieces of equipment every few weeks or so. Nothing major. Of course, Stoick the Vast, chief of the Isle of Berk, still wants to avenge his long-lost son and goes hunting for the dragon's home nest. He finds it - or rather, it finds him, and he is soon standing face-to-mask with the infamous dragon master and his apprentice, whichever is which. -----<-->----- inspired heavily by @MinaTano 's own book "Mysterious Rider," and so I suggest you go take a look at it. Also, I would like to say that I do not own the HtTYD franchise because I am much more terrified of Dreamworks suing me then Tui.
