You had just turned 25, which was quite scary, you had tried to join multiple bands with the talent you had you'd thought you would be able to get into a band, but all of the bands you tried to join were rock or death metal, and each time they would say, "Woman can't sing this type of stuff." So obviously you quit that life and worked at your parents family business. One day your best friend had just gotten you a ticket to a new band that got popular quickly, THE GLAMROCKS, and due to your music self you of course said yes.
