Naoko, a 16 y/o girl lives in shalowtail.
Everyone in this world has a special ability yet magic power. As like everyone else Naoko also has one. It's a rare magic which is not even in the magic library. she's still figuring what it is. but she can appearently control fate using the stars! she's pretty mysterious. also she wears a weird looking mask.
