Once upon a time there was a little boy named Toby. One starry night he snuck off into the jungle and ate a magnificent, glowing, purple fruit that made his mouth water. It was so delicious that he almost didn't realize that it had turned him invisible. Years later, he is no longer known by his real name. Everyone calls him the unseen terror and he is the most feared assassin in all the land. He is no longer the sweet boy that his parents knew, he has become ruthless and cold-hearted. But prophecy has fortold that a beautiful young woman will cross his path, the most beautiful of all. She will sweep into his life like a summer breeze, undoing all the coldness inside his heart. But prophecies are so uncertain in these times, only a few of them come true, if they ever do. And the horseman doubts that anyone could value him if they cannot see him. But, when he is ordered to assassinate Lily -a starry eyed girl with a love for mischief and fun- he is dragged along on an adventure like no other. _________________________________________ This story is loosely based on a crazy dream that I had, it incorporates a few elements from the spooky story of the Headless Horseman and Beauty and the beast.
